Here the deal! I am making an EVENT called Walk with Me 90 Day Challenge.
During the challenge I will walk AT LEAST 4 days a week for 1 hour.
I will post my walks in the event BUT during my walks I will be making mini videos and mini videos of my progress with my weight loss and how I am feeling! At the end of my 90 days I will be putting together a You Tube video to inspire others to get up and just start walking towards a healthier YOU!
Here is the FUN part! If you would like to be apart of this amazing journey with me...make a short video of yourself walking! You can do a shout out like..."Joining the Challenge with Rebecca" or "Walking to a healthier ME!" or whatever you want! Then email the videos to me at skinnywithrebecca@yahoo.com and I will incorporate them and you can a part of motivating others to become healthier just by walking!
